1.   What is NASEL INSUFFLATION / Breathing ozone through Water (BOTO)

It is a method of delivering a small amount of ozone (O3) at a safe concentration through the nasal passage.Breathing ozonated olive oil means breathing ozone, which has been bubbled through olive oil. When ozone is bubbled through oil, it creates ozonides or LOPs, which are lipid oxidation products. Those molecules retain the therapeutic properties of ozone without damaging the lungs.

How is nasal insufflation (boto) administered?

The olive oil is poured into an oil bubbler around 2/3 full. The inlet of the oil bubbler is connected to the ozone generator, and the outlet of the oil bubbler is connected to the nasal cannula. The ozone generated is regulated to pour ozone into the ozone bubber at the required concentration for 10-15 minutes
